Who is responsible?

AI Act Wise (aiactwise.eu) is a registered trade name of HS Services, established in The Hague, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no.: 27314126). Questions about this statement or your data? Email us at hallo@aiactwise.eu.

Which data do we process?

• Your scan answers: sector, company size and your answers about AI use. Do not enter other people's personal data in open fields — it is not needed for the scan anyway.
• Your email address, only if you provide it yourself in order to receive your report.
• Payment data is processed by our payment provider Mollie B.V. We ourselves do not receive any account or card details, only the payment status.
• Technical data (IP address, browser type) in the security logs of our hosting provider.

For what purposes and on what legal basis?

• Performance of the contract: your answers are needed to produce your result and report (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Consent: sending your report by email (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
• Legitimate interest: security and abuse prevention (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Legal obligation: we retain invoice and payment data for 7 years (statutory tax retention period).

What do we not do?

• We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
• We do not use your answers for marketing and we do not send unsolicited email.
• We do not take automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you; the scan provides informational outcomes based on your own answers.
• We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The site works with functional storage only.

How long do we retain your data?

We retain scan data and reports for a maximum of 12 months after creation, so that you can continue to consult your report. After that, they are deleted. We retain invoice data for 7 years in accordance with the statutory tax retention period.

With whom do we share data?

Only with processors that are necessary to provide the service: Mollie B.V. (payments, Netherlands) and our hosting provider TransIP B.V. (Netherlands). Your data is stored on servers in the Netherlands and does not leave the EEA.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Email your request to hallo@aiactwise.eu; we will respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may amend this statement. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the most recent change shown at the top.
