Terms and Conditions

1. Who and what

These terms apply to the use of AI Act Wise. AI Act Wise (aiactwise.eu) is a registered trade name of HS Services, established in The Hague, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce number: 27314126, hereinafter: "we"). AI Act Wise is an online self-assessment tool: based on your answers, the tool generates an indicative result (free of charge) and, if desired, a detailed report (paid) on the possible applicability of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the "AI Act") to your organisation. The service is expressly limited to this automated assessment and reporting: we do not carry out any implementation, advisory, training or compliance work and do not provide guidance in acting on the recommendations in the report.

2. Not legal advice

The result and the report are automated, indicative self-assessments based solely on the answers you provide. They do not constitute legal advice and do not establish your actual legal obligations. The accuracy of the outcome depends on the accuracy and completeness of your answers. For legal advice, consult a qualified lawyer; for high-risk applications we strongly recommend doing so.

3. Price and payment

• The free result is free of charge and places you under no obligation.
• The full report costs the price stated on the site at the time of ordering, including VAT. We charge 21% Dutch VAT on every order and do not apply VAT reverse-charge (intra-Community 0%).
• Payment is handled via Mollie B.V. (including iDEAL and credit card). After successful payment, you get immediate access to your report.

4. Right of withdrawal in the case of immediate delivery

The report is digital content that is delivered immediately after payment. By paying, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and you declare that you waive your right of withdrawal (Article 6:230p(g) of the Dutch Civil Code). Are you not satisfied? 5. Use of the report

The report is intended for internal use within your own organisation. It may be shared with your own advisers, clients and regulators. Reselling or publishing (parts of) the tool or report content as your own product is not permitted.

6. Availability and retention period

We make every effort to ensure good availability of the site, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Your report remains available via your personal link for 12 months after creation; save it as a PDF in good time.

7. Liability

Our liability for damage arising from the use of the tool or the report is limited to the amount you paid for the report. We are not liable for decisions you make (or fail to make) on the basis of the outcomes, nor for indirect or consequential damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Complaints and applicable law

You can report complaints via hallo@aiactwise.eu; we respond within 14 days. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms. For ongoing orders, the version that applied at the time of ordering remains in force.
